As a North Carolina native, I have had the privilege of calling many corners of this beautiful state home, from the coast of Wilmington to the foothills of Asheville, and everything in between; from the city lights of Charlotte to the suburban lifestyle of Gastonia. Having personally lived in these diverse communities, I understand that home means something different to everyone. I have experienced firsthand the distinctive character, opportunities, and lifestyles that make each market unique, and that perspective allows me to connect with clients not only through the property they are seeking, but through the way they want to live. After all, home is where the heart is.

I am proudly rooted in the heart of Rutherford County, with firsthand knowledge of the distinct opportunities and lifestyles that define Lake Lure’s lake, resort, and mountain communities and Rutherfordton’s rural landscapes, acreage, land, and development potential. 

With 20+ years of marketing experience and more than a decade in real estate, my background extends well beyond traditional residential sales. I have worked across Class A luxury residential and commercial real estate, with experience encompassing luxury residential property management, new construction and lease-ups, as well as commercial property management, acquisitions, and development across mixed-use, industrial, retail, and office/medical properties.

My diverse experience has shaped the way I approach real estate today. I understand property not simply as a place to live or a transaction to complete, but as an asset, an investment, a lifestyle, and often a legacy.
