Rick became one of the top honored New Home Sales professionals by the New Home Builders Association. Second, Ricks experience as a top producing buyer’s broker began after a promotion as a manager in general brokerage. Ricks knowledge of the areas and his personal relationship with many of the local builders and mortgage lenders became very important to his clients.
